Agendr

Terms of use

Updated 17 October 2026

About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Jacob Morley, who runs Agendr in the United Kingdom. By creating an account you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we use your data.

What Agendr does

Agendr is a calendar and to do list. You can plan tasks by week and by day, schedule them on a calendar, and set reminders. It is free to use at present.

Your account

Your content

What you put into Agendr stays yours. We only store and show it so that the service works for you. Please do not rely on Agendr as the only copy of anything important, and do not rely on a reminder for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm.

Fair use

Do not misuse Agendr: no trying to get into other people's accounts, overloading the service, or anything unlawful. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes to the service

We may change Agendr or its features. If we ever close it, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email and a chance to ask for a copy of your data.

Our responsibility to you

We work to keep Agendr running and your data safe, but it is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We are not responsible for losses caused by a missed reminder or by the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and your rights as a consumer under UK law are not affected.

Changes and the law

We may update these terms, and the date at the top changes when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
